Matt was great and the limited exposure I had with a couple other NJL folks with email was all good. Matt was very professional where it matters, able to explain the high level as well as answer detailed questions clearly and also lots of fun talking about other interests. The kind of person you'd enjoy having as a friend in addition to someone to work the mortgage part.

You can imagine the level of nervousness and lack of knowledge as a first time home buyer . Matt patiently and really kindly explained things to us, problems felt less stressful and we felt supported. I wish I could add friends into my life just to suggest Matt to them (seriously) !
