Matt was great to work with. He was available anytime day or night, including weekends. He would check in to see how things are going with different properties we were interested in. He even went above and beyond looking for properties to share with us that meet our criteria. Every time we spoke on the phone, it felt like catching up with an old friend versus dealing with a lender. He is extremely patient and makes you feel comfortable. Definitely recommend him.
